How Teams Work

Each organization in Harvenci can have multiple team members. Team members share access to stores, agents, and other resources based on their assigned role.

Unified Billing

Available Roles

Assign one of five roles to each team member. Each role has different permissions.

Owner

Full control over the organization including billing, deletion, and all resources. Every organization has exactly one owner.

Admin

Manage team members, all stores and agents. Can view billing but not manage payment methods.

Consultant

External partners with full access to stores and agents. Can invite other consultants. No billing or team management.

Member

Create and edit stores and agents. Cannot delete resources or manage team.

View Only

Read-only access. Can view all resources but cannot make any changes.
