Store Settings
Configure your store's basic information, branding, payments, and WhatsApp integration.
Basic Information
Store Name
The name displayed to customers in conversations and receipts.
Business Name
Your legal business name for invoices and official communications.
Description
A brief description of your store. Your AI agent uses this to understand your business when answering customer questions.
Contact Email
Email address for order notifications and customer inquiries.
Contact Phone
Business phone number in international format (e.g., +1 555 123 4567).
Currency
The currency used for all product prices and transactions.
Currency is locked after your first order. Choose carefully during store creation.
Branding
Store Logo
Upload your store logo. This image is used in:
- Dashboard and store management
- WhatsApp Business profile picture (auto-synced)
- Customer receipts and order confirmations
Recommended: Square image (1:1), at least 640x640px, PNG or JPG
Store Address
Enter your business address. Uses Google Places autocomplete for accurate location data.
- Shown to customers for pickup orders
- Used for delivery distance calculations
- Coordinates stored for map display
Store Status

Payment Settings
Configure how customers pay for orders. Available for Retail and Restaurant stores.
Stripe Connect
Accept online payments through Stripe. Customers pay securely during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Allow customers to pay when they pick up or receive their order. You manually mark orders as paid.
COD requires your organization to have this feature enabled.
WhatsApp Integration
Catalog Sync
Your products are automatically synced to WhatsApp Catalog, allowing customers to browse products directly in WhatsApp.
Profile Sync
Your store logo and name are automatically synced to your WhatsApp Business profile.
- Logo → WhatsApp profile picture
- Store name → WhatsApp display name (requires Meta approval)
- Description → WhatsApp "About" text
Danger Zone
Archive Store — Hide the store from your dashboard. Data is retained and can be restored. Agents linked to this store will be unlinked.
Permanently Delete Store — Permanently delete this store and all its data including products, orders, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
Before deleting: Make sure no agents are linked to this store. Unlink agents first to prevent disruption to customer conversations.
