How Accounts Work

Harvenci uses a multi-tenant architecture where each organization has its own isolated workspace. When you sign up, an organization is automatically created for you.

Creating Your Account

Sign-up Options

Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

Click "Continue with Google" to sign up instantly with your Google account. Your name and profile picture are automatically imported.

Email + Password

Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

What Happens After Sign-up

  1. Organization Created — A new organization is automatically created for you. You become the owner with full permissions.
  2. Free Tier Activated — Your account starts on the Free tier with 100 billable conversations and 3,000 AI image analyses per month.
  3. Dashboard Access— You're redirected to your dashboard where you can start setting up stores and agents.

Organization Settings

Access organization settings from the Settings page in your dashboard.

Language Preferences

Set your preferred language for the dashboard interface.

Stripe Connect

Connect your Stripe account to accept payments from customers. Required for processing orders with online payment.

Data Export (GDPR)

Export all your organization data for compliance or backup purposes.

Account Deletion

Permanently delete your organization and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Multiple Organizations

You can be a member of multiple organizations. This is useful if you manage stores for different businesses or work as a consultant.

Switching Organizations

Use the organization switcher in the dashboard header to switch between organizations you're a member of.

Note: Each organization has its own billing, stores, agents, and team members. Switching organizations changes your entire workspace context.
