Understand how commissions are calculated, the hold period, and how to request payouts via Stripe Connect.
How Commissions Work
You earn a commission on the credits your clients use. When your clients' AI agents send messages, the credit cost generates commission for you.
Commission Calculation
Commission Rate:Your rate is set when you're approved as a consultant. Check your Consultant Settings to see your current rate.
Balance Types
Pending Balance
Commissions in the 30-day hold period. Not yet available for payout.
Available Balance
Commissions that have cleared the hold period. Ready to request payout.
Total Paid Out
All-time total of payouts you've received.
30-Day Hold Period
All commissions have a 30-day hold period before they become available for payout. This protects against refunds and chargebacks.
Why the Hold Period?
- Allows time for potential refunds or disputes
- Ensures commissions are from legitimate usage
- Protects both consultants and clients
Clawback Policy
If a client receives a refund during the hold period, the corresponding commission is deducted from your pending balance.
Multi-Currency Support
Clients may use different currencies. You earn commissions in the currency your clients use.
Currency Handling
- • Each currency has its own balance (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.)
- • Payouts are requested per currency
- • Minimum payout thresholds apply per currency
- • Stripe handles currency conversion if needed
Stripe Connect
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts.
Connecting Stripe
- 1. Go to Consultant → Payouts
- 2. Click "Connect Stripe Account"
- 3. Complete the Stripe onboarding process
- 4. Verify your identity and bank details
- 5. Return to Harvenci—your account is connected
Stripe Account Status
Requesting Payouts
Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is €50.00 (or equivalent in other currencies). You must have at least this amount in your available balance to request a payout.
Go to Payouts
Navigate to Consultant → Payouts in the dashboard.
Select Currency
Choose which currency balance you want to withdraw.
Request Payout
Click "Request Payout" to initiate the transfer to your Stripe account.
Receive Funds
Funds are transferred to your Stripe account. Stripe then deposits to your bank account based on your payout schedule.
Payout History
View all your payout requests on the Payouts page.
Payout Statuses
Commission History
Track all your earned commissions on the Earnings page.
