A simple EUR subscription. Pick the tier that covers your monthly conversation volume; anything above the included allowance is billed at a flat per-unit overage rate.

All tiers include both metered dimensions — billable conversations and AI image analyses — plus the full product surface (catalog, orders, analytics, team seats).

Annual billing saves 20% on the platform fee. Overage and commission still bill monthly in arrears.
Metered Dimensions
Conversation
A 24 h WhatsApp window opened by an inbound customer message. Multiple messages inside the same window count as one unit.
Image analysis
One AI vision call. Covers both quote-form photo analysis and catalog product image description. One unit per vision API call.
How overage is billed
Every metered action first draws from the current month's included allowance. When allowance is exhausted, paid tiers start accruing overage at the per-unit rate for that tier. Overage accruals are flushed to your Stripe invoice at the end of the billing period.
Free tier is hard-blocked
Free-tier tenants do not accrue overage. Once the 100 conversation or 3,000image-analysis cap is reached for the month, further billable actions are blocked by the billing gateway until the next period or an upgrade. This is enforced atomically at dispatch — you will never see a silent spike in usage.
Sales Commission
When your AI agent closes a sale through WhatsApp checkout, the platform takes a commission on the captured amount. Rates decrease as you move up tiers.
Commission examples (Starter at 3.25%)
Commission is collected via Stripe Connect and is separate from Stripe's processing fees. You receive the remainder directly in your Stripe account.

Starter, within allowance
480 conversations + 16 200 image analyses (within the 500/18,000 allowance) + €4,000.00 GMV.
Growth, 200-conversation overage
1,700 conversations (+200 over the 1,500 allowance) + €12,000.00 GMV.
